We cannot accept returns or
exchanges on any jewelry we sell that has been used, shows sign of wear
or has no original tags or labels attached. To qualify for a return,
exchange, or defect claim, items must be sent back in new, unused
condition in their original packaging. All jewelry must have their tags
still attached to qualify for refund or exchange. Jewelry whose tags
have been removed do not qualify for returns, exchanges or defect
claims, even if the loose tags are included with the returned
merchandise.
All FREE GIFTS must be returned along with the purchased jewelry (jewelry boxes, pouch, cleaning kit, etc.)
Please don't return items after 30 days from the date of purchase. They are not entitled for refunds.
If the above conditions are met we accept returns and exchanges for items within 30 days of date of purchase. Please follow these instructions for a hassle-free return or exchange:
1. Email us and let as know the date of purchase, the stock item number(s) for the item you wish to send back, and whether you would like an exchange , refund or defect claim.
2. Ship the package insured to our return address using a shipper of your choice. After inspection of the merchandise if everything meets our requirements, you will receive a 100% in the same payment method as the original purchase. Once the refund is processed, you will receive email notification. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Please use USPS (United States Postal Service) and send the item(s) back to us insured for your protection. The shipping to send the ordered items back to us is at your expenses unless we sent you wrong item(s).
