We cannot accept returns or
exchanges on any jewelry we sell that has been used, shows sign of wear
or has no original tags or labels attached. To qualify for a return,
exchange, or defect claim, items must be sent back in new, unused
condition in their original packaging.
All jewelry must have their tags
still attached to qualify for refund or exchange. Jewelry whose tags
have been removed do not qualify for returns, exchanges or defect
claims, even if the loose tags are included with the returned

1. Email us and let us know the date
of purchase, the stock item number(s) for the item you wish to send
back, and whether you would like an exchange , refund or defect claim.
2. Ship the package insured to our return address using a shipper
of your choice. After inspection of the merchandise if everything meets
our requirements, you will receive a 100% in the
same payment method as the original purchase. Once the refund is
processed, you will receive email notification. Please allow 3 to 5
business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Please use USPS (United States Postal Service) and send the item(s) back to us insured for your protection.
